All requests for cancellation or return of goods are at Calgaz discretion, and may be refused.
Unless you have an agreement to ship hazardous materials with your shipper, we cannot receive both empty and non-empty cylinders.
Returns may be accepted within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the Order Acknowledgement is correct. If any errors or changes are identified then these should be reported within 24 hours to Calgaz. Failure to do so may result in a charge being made for any late changes.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES (if applicable)
Full Refunds and Exchanges are only provided for defective or damaged products (to exclude normal wear and tear )
All Stock/Standard Items are subject to a 25% restocking fee (Min $10/£10/ €10)
All Non standard mix/Custom mix/ minimum purchase required products are subject to a 75% restocking fee.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account to be applied to a future purchase.
There are certain maximum returns allowed per customer in each calendar year.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or promotional discounted items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs (including carriage/duties/tax) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
